Sangmin Ryu

I am really happy to announce that I have been selected as a finalist in the 78th Geneva Competition’s Composition category! My work was chosen by a distinguished jury, including Pascal Dusapin, Milica Djordjević, Francesco Filidei, Hector Parrà, and Francesca Verunelli.

The final round will take place on October 20 at Victoria Hall, where my piece will be performed by the Orchestre de Chambre de Genève, led by conductor Pierre Bleuse. One of the soloists, Lise Berthaud, Andrian La Marca, or Georgy Kovalev, will be assigned to my work by the artistic committee.
